Compensation and Benefits

Successful candidates will receive:

• Comprehensive financial support for the Law Foundations Course (PGDL), and a maintenance grant of up to £15,000, and SQE tuition fees and maintenance grant of up to £17,000.
• A trainee salary of £55,000 in the first year and £60,000 in the second year.
• Upon qualification, a current starting salary of £151,000.
• A full benefits package including: pension scheme, health insurance, life assurance, independent financial advice, 25 days’ annual leave, an employee assistance programme, child care vouchers, a dental plan, emergency care cover, and interest-free season ticket loans.
• Invitations to regular office social events and sports activities.
• A dedicated trainee social budget to organise their own events.
