Covington’s offices have a collegial atmosphere reflecting a common bond of mutual respect and shared values. Associates have ample opportunities to work directly with partners, including on the larger cases and cutting-edge transactions that form an important part of our practice. Associates are encouraged to assume as much responsibility as possible, commensurate with their experience and training. The work is sophisticated and challenging, and we make a concerted effort to involve all of our associates in every aspect of the matters to which they have been assigned.
