Partner Anne Lee Named to Global Competition Review’s "40 Under 40"

Global Competition Review has named Covington’s Antitrust and Competition partner Anne Lee to its “40 Under 40” list, profiling 40 of the world’s top young antitrust lawyers, enforcers and in-house counsel. Ms. Lee represents clients in complex commercial and antitrust litigation, including cases at the trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts. She also represents clients in connection with civil and criminal investigations before the DOJ and FTC.

Most recently, Ms. Lee played a leading role on the team that secured government approval of Expedia’s $1.6 billion acquisition of Orbitz. She also successfully represented Expedia in its defense of a multidistrict antitrust class action.
