Pasadena Appeals Court Hears DACA Arguments

Jeffrey Davidson is quoted in a CBS article regarding oral arguments before the Ninth Circuit in a case challenging the federal government's attempted rescission of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. “The rescission of DACA is based on what appears to be an argument that DACA was illegal when it was enacted, but that’s just wrong," says Davidson, who represents the University of California in the case.
