Trump's tweets could derail efforts to end DACA, appeals court says

Jeffrey Davidson is quoted by The Washington Times in an article regarding the Ninth Circuit's response to oral arguments in a case challenging the federal government's attempted rescission of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program. Davidson, who represents the University of California in this case, argued that there's case law that says even if a program was improperly set up, that doesn't relieve the government of the burden of following the rules to dismantle it.
