Marney Cheek and Clovis Trevino’s commentary was included in an article from Global Arbitration Review announcing Clovis’s promotion to partner with the firm. The article highlighted Clovis’s work helping Naftogaz, a Ukrainian oil and gas company, win a $5 billion award against Russia.
