Rob Wick, John Playforth, Andrew Lazerow, Carol Weiland, and Brandon Gould were announced as AmLaw Litigation Daily's Runners-Up for achieving a win that denied class certification for a case against client JPMorgan and 11 other codefendants.

U.S. District Judge Judge Paul Oetken in Manhattan found that plaintiffs failed to persuasively rebut the banks’ contention that large numbers of relevant trades in an alleged conspiracy involved no harm “because they were executed at spreads that were less than or equal to zero.”
