Concessions Can’t Save ‘Cursed’ SEC Climate Disclosure Rule from Scrutiny

“The rule is probably cursed in not satisfying anyone and not being protected from litigation,” David said. “It’s a clear flag in the ground, though, that climate-related disclosures are important to the SEC.”
