Three Covington Attorneys Named Power Lawyers by The Hollywood Reporter

LOS ANGELES / NEW YORK —The Hollywood Reporter has named Mike Hill, Mitch Kamin, and Robyn Polashuk as three of its Power Lawyers for 2021, a list of the top 100 lawyers in the entertainment industry. Each year, THR’s editors extensively research the attorneys who are negotiating the industry’s biggest deals and navigating its most impactful litigation to select 100 individuals for the Power Lawyers list.

Mike advises media and technology companies and sports leagues, conferences and teams in connection with a broad array of commercial and corporate transactions. He has extensive experience with complex television and video licensing and distribution agreements, including retransmission consent, cable affiliation, and online/mobile distribution agreements and sports media rights agreements.

Mitch is a trial lawyer and co-chair of Covington’s Communications and Media Industry and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups. His clients are leaders in the entertainment industry -- including major companies in television, music, sports, film, and gaming -- who he represents in many of their most significant and sensitive matters.
