Covington Advises Brinqa on $110M Growth Funding

PALO ALTO — Covington advised Brinqa, a leader in Cyber Risk Management, on its $110 million growth funding from leading global venture capital and private equity firm Insight Partners.

Bootstrapped and founder-backed since 2009, this is Brinqa’s first institutional investment for continued business scaling and market expansion. The capital infusion better positions Brinqa to satisfy the increasing demand to address security challenges with seamlessly integrated, highly automated, and risk-based cybersecurity programs.
