Two Covington Partners Named LA Business Journals Leaders of Influence

LOS ANGELES— The Los Angeles Business Journal has named Mitch Kamin and Carolyn Kubota to its Leaders of Influence: Litigators & Trial Lawyers list, a recognition honoring the “best litigators and trial attorneys” in Los Angeles.

Mitch is a trial lawyer and co-chair of Covington’s Communications and Media Industry and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups. His clients are leaders in the entertainment industry -- including major companies in television, music, sports, film, and gaming -- whom he represents in many of their most significant and sensitive matters.

Carolyn is a leading litigator and a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. She has handled more than 20 jury and bench trials in state and federal courts. In her practice, she is focused on civil and criminal trials, white collar criminal defense, and high stakes business litigation, with particular emphasis on the pharmaceutical industry.
