Law360 Names Covington Among Top Five Most Diverse Partnerships

WASHINGTON—Covington ranked among the top five law firms for partnership diversity in the annual Law360 Diversity Snapshot. Among firms with 600 or more lawyers, Covington ranked fourth with 14.9% of its partnership representing lawyers of color.

Law360 collected demographic data from more than 300 U.S. law firms, or vereins with a U.S. component, on their attorneys by head count as of Dec. 31, 2020. Only U.S.-based attorneys were included in the survey, and the publication used the race, gender and ethnicity categories used by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in its annual Employer Information EEO-1 survey.
