Los Angeles Times has named
Robyn Polashuk and
Neema Sahni as “Visionaries” in its business of law feature recognizing law firm attorneys who are “impacting change.”
Robyn co-chairs the firm's Communications and Media Industry Group and serves as managing partner of the Los Angeles office. She provides transactional and strategic advice to studios, television networks and other media and technology companies around the world. Her distribution-focused practice has included some of the most precedential deals in the television industry, which have had a significant impact on how content providers make their programming available to viewers.
Neema is co-chair of the firm’s Music Industry practice and vice-chair of the Sports Industry Group. Through her work at the firm, and her prior experience in-house, she has developed a sophisticated understanding of the legal issues facing clients in the sports, media, and entertainment industries. In addition to an active litigation docket for some of the industry's biggest names, she maintains an extensive counseling and advisory practice, assisting sports teams and leagues, television networks, and film studios assess and mitigate their litigation risk in the context of high-stakes business transactions.
