WASHINGTON—Covington is advising Veritas Capital and its portfolio company, Peraton, in the acquisition of the as-a-service (aaS) business of ViON Corporation.
The deal enhances Peraton’s offerings in the design, delivery, and governance of critical IT infrastructure for its government customers. The agreement adds key leaders, cleared employees, and contracts across the U.S. Department of Defense, civilian agencies, and state governments.
