Law360 Names Covington Among Top Ten Firms for Women Equity Partners

WASHINGTON— Covington ranked among the top ten law firms for women equity partners in the annual Law360 Diversity Snapshot. Among firms with 600 or more lawyers, Covington ranked sixth with 28.6% of its partnership representing women.

Law360 collected demographic data from more than 300 U.S. law firms, or vereins with a U.S. component, on their lawyers as of Dec. 31, 2020. Only U.S.-based lawyers were included in the survey, and the publication used the race, gender, and ethnicity categories used by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in its annual Employer Information EEO-1 survey.
