WASHINGTON—The Women in Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF) has named Covington to its 2022 Gold Standard Certification list in both the United States and the United Kingdom. This is the eighth year the firm has been recognized in the U.S. and the third year it has been recognized for both countries.
WILEF grants Gold Standard status to major firms that meet objective criteria concerning the number of women among their equity partners, in firm leadership positions, and in the ranks of their most highly compensated partners. Covington is one of only four firms to earn Gold Standard Certification in the U.S. and UK and one of only three firms to meet all the criteria in both categories.
