Dustin Cho and Rani Gupta Receive Business Insurance 2023 Break Out Award

Dustin is a partner in Covington’s Washington office who represents leading public and private corporate policyholders in high-stakes coverage disputes. He is an experienced and talented trial and appellate advocate, and also helps his clients successfully resolve coverage disputes through settlement negotiations and mediation.

A partner in Covington’s Palo Alto office, Rani represents corporate policyholders in high-stakes insurance coverage disputes. Rani litigates coverage under a wide variety of insurance policies, including property and business interruption, general liability, errors and omissions, and directors and officers policies.
