Covington Represents Arcfield in Acquisition of Strategic Technology Consulting

WASHINGTON—Covington advised Arcfield in its acquisition of Strategic Technology Consulting, LLC.

Arcfield is a leading government services and mission support provider.  It was purpose-built to protect the nation and its allies through innovations in systems engineering and integration, space and mission launch assurance, cybersecurity, and conventional and hypersonic missile support.

Strategic Technology Consulting is an industry leading solutions provider in digital engineering and model-based systems engineering. The company's offerings include MBSE-as-a-Service, integrated digital engineering environment (IDEE) deployments, training, and software.

Scott Freling and Alex Hastings led the Covington team advising Arcfield on regulatory matters.  Other team members included Carl Wiersum, Chanda Brown, and Paul Rowley (government contracts); Heather Finstuen, Jonathan Wakely, and Jacob Crump (national security); Justin Schenck (trade controls); Don Ridings, Ben Kramer, and Yohan Balan (anti-corruption); Moriah Daugherty, Ryan Burnette, and Ian Carrico (data security and privacy).
