Seven Covington Lawyers Named Law360 MVPs

Jay Carey was recognized for his work defending and winning bid protest litigations, including successfully defending Bell Textron’s $8 billion contract with the U.S. Army for the development of the Army's Future Long Range Assault Aircraft and overturning the U.S. Air Force’s $3.3 billion contract for systems engineering and integration services in support of the nation’s Intercontinental Ballistic Missile fleet on behalf of Guidehouse. Ursula Owczarkowski was recognized for her work in the development, acquisition, financing and restructuring of projects, including advising ACWA Power in the negotiation of hydrogen offtake, EPC, and regulatory matters involving green hydrogen for the NEOM project and the refinancing of the $639 million Shuaibah 3 restructuring project, both in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
