WASHINGTON—Covington is advising global private investment firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) on its definitive agreement with investment firm BC Partners under which CD&R affiliated funds will acquire a majority ownership position in Presidio. Presidio was previously acquired by BC Partners in 2019 for $2.1 billion in a take private transaction.
