Six Covington Lawyers Named Law360 Rising Stars

Alexis Dyschkant represents policyholders in complex insurance coverage disputes and civil litigation in federal and state courts involving a wide variety of underlying claims and losses, often in connection with emerging and developing coverage issues including PFAS claims, sex abuse claims, and cyber events.

Drew Fischer focuses on a broad range of M&A transactions, including public and private mergers, asset and stock acquisitions and divestures, carve-out acquisitions and divestitures and cross-border M&A transactions. Nikhil Gore advises clients in arbitrations, cross-border disputes, and domestic and international investigations and government-facing matters.
