Covington has extensive occupational safety and health (OSHA) experience. Our team has represented companies and trade associations in OSHA rulemakings (including a national association of property owners in the OSHA rulemakings about indoor air quality), enforcement proceedings (including fatalities and claims of multiple violations), and counseled them on compliance and improving their safety and training systems.
