    Amy Bond is a litigator focused on Section 337 proceedings at the International Trade Commission ("ITC"). Amy has handled more than a dozen ITC matters, including three hearings before the ITC, on behalf of both complainants and respondents. She has represented clients in all stages of litigation, from pre-complaint investigation to post-remedy enforcement proceedings before Customs and Border Protection.

    Amy also practices commercial litigation, and has experience with securities litigation as well as corporate litigation in both New York and Delaware.
