Kori Barnes

Kori Barnes is a staff attorney in the Washington office, specializing in e-discovery for complex litigation and regulatory matters. He joined Covington in 2024.

Kori has many years of experience in discovery processes for antitrust matters, civil litigation, and state/federal regulatory investigations. As part of his practice, he works with other lawyers, Litigation Support, and outside vendors to provide efficient and cost-effective discovery. Kori works extensively with Covington’s internal review platforms as well as numerous e-discovery vendors’ review and analytical tools.
