Tequila J. Brooks

Tequila Brooks is a staff attorney in the Washington office. She joined the firm in 2019.

Tequila's practice focuses on the e-discovery aspects of complex litigation and internal investigations. She uses her Spanish and French language skills to respond to government inquiries from the DOJ, SEC, FTC, Treasury Department, Office of Foreign Assets Control, FERC, and other federal and state enforcement authorities. Tequila uses her advanced level experience with cloud-based software to engage in fact development, manage the e-discovery aspects of matters, and engage with vendors on the technical aspects of large-scale document productions.

Tequila served as labor law advisor with an inter-governmental secretariat established to address the labor aspects of trade in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada.
