Angela Chen

Angela is an associate in Covington’s Washington, DC office. She advises companies and underwriters on a broad range of capital markets transactions, including offerings of equity and debt securities, de-SPAC transactions, direct listing and reverse merger transactions. She also advises public companies in the securities law and stock exchange compliance matters, including the preparation of proxy statements, Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K, beneficial ownership reports and other reporting forms and schedules.
