Michelle SeoYeun Choi

Michelle Choi focuses her practice on the representation of public companies and investment banks on capital markets transactions, including initial and follow-on equity and debt offerings. She also advises public companies on SEC compliance and reporting, as well as corporate governance matters.

While at Boston College Law School, she was a member of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and worked as a research assistant to Professor Ray D. Madoff.
