Claudette V. Ferron

Claudette Ferron is a staff attorney in the Washington office, specializing in investigations and discovery for litigation and regulatory matters. She joined Covington in 2024.

Claudette focuses her practice on e-discovery, working with other lawyers, Litigation Support, and outside vendors in order to provide efficient and cost-effective discovery. She oversees the work of contract attorneys and works extensively with Covington’s internal review and client platforms as well as numerous e-discovery vendors’ review and analytical tools.
