Jeremy Goldberg advises on a wide-range of corporate transactions within technology and IP, finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance, with a focus around the sports industry. Jeremy has represented sports leagues and teams in media rights transactions, team acquisitions, data agreements, sports betting agreements, governance review, and other commercial transactions.
