    Mishi Jain is an associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office and a member of the Appellate and Supreme Court Practice Group. Mishi works on a variety of complex appellate and regulatory litigation matters, and specializes in guiding clients through rapidly evolving legal environments. In addition to her litigation practice, Mishi maintains an active advising practice, guiding clients through the consequences of significant court rulings and tracking the progress of high-stakes litigation. Mishi also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on immigrants’ rights, civil rights, and animal rights.

    Previously, Mishi clerked on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit for the Honorable Gerard E. Lynch and on the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts for the Honorable Leo T. Sorokin.
