    Angela (Menchaca) Lively has 20+ years of experience analyzing, understanding and determining implications of health and reimbursement policy changes on beneficiaries, providers, health systems and manufacturers, particularly as it relates to access to new technology.

    Throughout her industry and consulting experience she has supported the launch of dozens of products and has spent her career understanding the intersection of coverage, coding, and reimbursement with broader health policy change and the effect of those changes on patient and provider decision making. She has spent her career advising companies on how to prepare, optimize and address market access barriers to improve access and how to evolve those market access strategies given the evolution in the health care environment. She has particularly focused on the market access elements of health system change, coverage, coding, and reimbursement across settings of care, beneficiary protections, value determination, alternative payment models, and quality measurement.

    For over two decades she has monitored Congressional and Administrative changes as well as the rulemaking process at CMS across settings of care (IPPS, OPPS, MPFS, SNF/LTC, Part D/Medicare Advantage) and across benefit categories (medical, pharmacy, DME). She has extensive experience in many clinical areas including oncology, nephrology, primary care, and neurology.
