Jared Manes’ practice focuses on representing privately and publicly held companies, private equity funds, and pension funds in a wide range of corporate matters, particularly mergers and acquisitions. He represents international companies and private equity funds, many of which are based in the Nordics, in connection with operations and transactions in the U.S. and abroad.
Jared represents privately and publicly held companies, private equity funds, and pension funds in a wide range of corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, equity investments, securities offerings, capital markets transactions, restructurings, governance issues, and general corporate law. He advises his clients across a diverse variety of industries, including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, defense, software, retail, banking and finance, energy, technology, entertainment, and home improvement.
Prior to his firm experience, Jared worked in the Office of Institutional Integrity at the Inter-American Development Bank, specifically in preventing fraud and corruption in bank-financed activities. Having lived and traveled extensively throughout Latin America, Jared is fluent in Spanish and proficient in Brazilian Portuguese.
