Martha L. Rodriguez

Martha Rodriguez is a staff attorney in the Washington, DC office. She works primarily on e-discovery with a particular focus on international investigations, regulatory compliance, and FCPA matters. She has assisted in responding to investigations by the DOJ, FTC, and SEC, into possible violations of the False Claims Act, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, and other laws and regulations.

Martha also actively participates in pro bono representation focused mainly on civil and immigration matters, particularly with Spanish speaking clients.
