Nicole Robinson is a white collar and congressional investigations associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office.
Nicole helps clients navigate the full range of congressional investigations, election and political law, and public policy issues. She represents clients facing high-profile and high-risk congressional investigations and other criminal, civil, and internal investigations. With a focus on the technology and financial services industries, Nicole advises clients on responding to investigations before Congress, enforcement matters, internal investigations, and due diligence efforts.
Nicole also has experience defending clients in complex civil litigation and representing clients in civil and criminal investigations before the Federal Trade Commission, the U.S. Department of Justice, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
As a member of the firm's election and political law practice, Nicole offers guidance on ethics laws, lobbying disclosure, and other issues; with the firm’s public policy group, Nicole supports strategic advocacy across a breadth of policy areas at the federal, state, and local levels.
Her prior experience includes serving as a law clerk for the United States Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs and serving as an intern to two members of Congress.
She maintains an active pro bono practice focused on civil rights, voting issues, and financial equity.
