Elliott Schulder

Elliott Schulder had a distinguished career during the decades he spent at the firm, serving as an advocate and brief writer in dozens of arbitrations and federal and state trials and appeals. While he had experience across a wide range of subject areas, his practice focused on environmental and insurance recovery matters. Elliott joined the firm after spending a dozen years in government service, the last five as Assistant to the Solicitor General, a period during which he argued eleven cases before the United States Supreme Court. Elliott made many valuable contributions to the firm and its clients, and he was regarded by all who worked with him as a brilliant and generous colleague.
