Adam Tsao

Adam Tsao is an associate in the Venture Capital and Emerging Companies Practice Group. He advises clients on a range of legal matters, including venture capital financings, strategic investments, corporate formation, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters. He represents public and private corporations, emerging companies, and entrepreneurs across various industries, including technology, semiconductor, software and SaaS, life sciences, and digital health. In addition, Adam has experience navigating cross-border transactions and representing Asian clients doing business in the U.S.

Adam has completed secondments with Salesforce Ventures and Amazon Lab126, and he leverages his experience as a former startup founder to further collaborate with clients.

Adam was previously a corporate associate in the firm's Washington, DC office.
