    Jade Williams-Adedeji is a multi-award-winning partner in the global private equity practice, based in London. Jade leads the firm’s London office real estate practice, she advises clients on the full investment cycle of real estate ownership and has wide ranging experience of both debt and equity investments, and direct asset acquisition and disposal. Jade’s experience covers occupational matters, asset operation, development, and distressed investments. She regularly advises private equity investors, investment funds and strategic investors on secured lending, structured real estate income, restructuring, servicing existing property portfolios, and property finance matters in general.

    Jade advises clients across a wealth of asset classes in both equity and asset investment including hotels, senior housing and assisted living, development properties, data centers, restaurants and leisure, warehousing, retail, offices, healthcare and social infrastructure, student accommodation, sports stadia, renewable energy, and mixed-use developments.

    Jade often advises charities on real estate matters, on a pro bono basis.
