Taylor Wells

Taylor Wells brings her business experience and education, including her years working in professional sports, to advise clients on a variety of transactional matters across industries, with an emphasis on the sports, media, and technology industries. As a member of the Corporate Practice Group, Taylor has counseled public and private companies on a broad range of corporate needs, including vendor agreements, sports team acquisitions and dispositions, corporate formations, private finance transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.

Taylor is the co-associate lead of the New York office's chapter of the firm’s Black Lawyer's Resource Group, as well as a member of the firm's International Law Firm Committee. Taylor stays up to date on current legal and industry developments through regular participation in research, writing, conferences, and presentations on the latest developments in her areas of practice.
