New HSR Requirements – What In-House & Corporate Deal Counsel Need to Know Webinar
-
Thursday, November 21, 2024 11:00 AM
- 12:00 PM EST
In early 2025, the most significant changes in decades to the Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act filing requirements for mergers and other acquisitions will go into effect. Filers will have to provide more documents and information in their filings with the Federal Trade Commission and the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice. As a result, preparing HSR filings will become more expensive and time-consuming, potentially prolonging transaction timelines.
This webinar will cover the key changes that will be of most interest to in-house and corporate deal counsel, as well as steps that companies should consider taking now to get ready for the new rules.
