• Code of Conduct for Specialist Attorneys-at-Law (Fachanwaltsordnung)
• German Law on the Remuneration of Attorneys-at-Law (RVG) (Gesetz über die Vergütung der Rechtsanwältinnen und Rechtsanwälte)

Information requirements according to §§ 36, 37 of the Act on Resolution of Consumer Disputes (Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz, VBSG)
Covington & Burling LLP will not participate in dispute settlement procedures (Streitbeilegungsverfahren) before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) and is not obliged to do so.
