He frequently serves as lead counsel to multi-national corporations and individuals in complex criminal, civil, and internal investigations, and he has first-chaired multiple felony trials to verdict. Dan often represents government contractors in criminal False Claims Act and other procurement fraud matters and has deep experience handling investigations across industries involving the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, alleged violations of federal cybersecurity rules, the Lacey Act, the Endangered Species Act, the Clean Water Act, Anti-Money Laundering regulations, the Mail and Wire Fraud statutes, and sanctions and federal export control laws.
