Firm Resource Groups

Covington‘s Firm Resource Groups are a critical part of the firm’s inclusive approaches and practices. These groups support all of our colleagues, including those who have historically been underrepresented, excluded, and/or marginalized in the legal profession, or who otherwise benefit from networking and support in the workplace. The Firm Resource Groups foster community-building and member connections, promote broad firm education and awareness on the experiences of their members, and advocate for practices that enhance our inclusive workplace.
