Covington Lawyers Selected to the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Programs

WASHINGTON—Covington lawyers Jennifer Uren, Diane Ramírez, and Shae Qian have been selected to participate in the 2024 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellows and Pathfinders programs. Jennifer will join the Fellows Program, and Diane and Shae will join the Pathfinders program.
The LCLD Fellows Program provides attorneys with eight to 15 years of experience with professional and personal development opportunities, leadership training, relationship-building resources, and a venue to connect with LCLD Members across the legal industry. The LCLD Pathfinders Program is a professional development opportunity for high-potential, early-career attorneys to further strengthen their leadership skills and expand their networks.
Jennifer is a New York-based partner and advises private investment funds, private equity firms and private and public companies in a variety of finance transactions. This includes direct, club and syndicated financings, many of which involve cross-border components.
Diane is an associate based in the firm’s Los Angeles office and represents clients in a wide range of internal and government investigations by the Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission. Shae is an associate in the Washington office and advises clients on a variety of international and domestic tax issues.
