Mike is based in Covington’s New York office and advises media and technology companies and sports leagues, conferences, and teams in connection with a broad array of commercial and corporate transactions. He has extensive experience with complex television and video licensing and distribution agreements across broadcast, cable and streaming, with a particular focus on sports media rights agreements.
Based in Covington’s Los Angeles office, David advises leading media and entertainment groups, broadcast stations, sports leagues, established and emerging technology companies, and other content owners in connection with content licensing and distribution agreements and media rights agreements. His practice covers a wide variety of platforms (including Internet/OTT/streaming, broadcast, cable, satellite, and mobile) and business models (including linear, video-on-demand, direct-to-consumer, and subscription premium).
Adrian is an entertainment and tech transactions lawyer in Covington’s New York office and serves as co-chair of the firm’s Entertainment and Media Industry and Music Industry practice groups. He is also part of the firm's Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things initiatives, advising on deals involving AI-powered and internet-connected products.
