Covington has over 600 employees in non-legal positions in its U.S. and European offices. Our staff provides a full range of support services in the following administrative departments: Accounting, Human Resources, Information Research Services, Information Technology Services, Library, Operations, Marketing, Practice Systems Support, Recruitment, Attorney and Alumni Relations, and Professional Development. Each of these departments is headed by a Director, and all of our staff operations are overseen by our Chief Operating Officer.
